Heather Ayon is a Cal Poly graduate with a bachelor of science degree in child development as well as a Chapman University graduate with her multiple subject teaching credential and Masters degree in education. She had been in the education field and teaching for over ten years. She has a passion for educating young minds and loving them in their learning processes.
Heather is a local, having grown up on the central coast, she is married to Clemente Ayon, and a mom of two children. Both children have attended and loved New Life Preschool. She is an active member in her community and is involved with various groups such as 4-h and FFA.
She believes in the preschools' motto of loving children in front of God, and loving God in front of children. She understands and takes deep value in the trust these families take as they place their precious children within our care. Her goal is to plant seeds of the joy of loving God and learning into the Hearts of these children.
Heather stands on the word of God and claims this scripture as a heart message to hold on to, Philippians 1:6 (NLT) "And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns."
Jenn has a great love for the Lord and a passion for teaching children. She has always wanted to be a teacher, ever since she was a little girl. She is the happiest when she gets an opportunity to help children learn and succeed.
Jenn graduated from Cuesta College in 2014 with two Associate Degrees and then transferred to Cal Poly where she graduated with a Bachelor degree in Child Development and a minor in Psychology. Since 2009, Jenn has volunteered as a Sunday School Teacher at New Life Church and also worked in the Church’s Childcare and Nursery during her high school and early college years.
Jenn loves to travel, spend time with her family and hang out with her friends. She enjoys hiking, running, swimming, going to the beach, reading, and spending time in the kitchen. One of her favorite verses is Ephesians 2:10 “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
